2020-2022
Commercial building core and shell renovation and tenant improvements in Largo, Maryland for end use as a local lender’s headquarters. DCMI was initially engaged to perform a Property Condition Survey prior to the acquisition to determine capital improvement requirements. Fast forward three years and the client requested our services as an Owner’s Representative during planning and construction of their corporate headquarters. We were then engaged by the same client to conceptualize and improve a vacant bank branch in Newark, New Jersey.

2018-2020
Capital Improvement project at the Maryland Masonic Homes and Grand Lodge of Maryland in Cockeysville, Maryland. DCMI was engaged to perform a Property Condition Survey which parlayed into management of a two-year capital improvement campaign to upgrade critically deficient systems including replacement of core mechanical systems. DCMI conceptualized, designed and managed the renovation of a 500-person ballroom and bathroom facilities. DCMI managed the engineering, purchase and installation of a 1500kW generator to support the adult-care use.
Managed tenant-improvements for branch expansion of a local community lender in Manassas, Virginia.
