Heather oversees accounting and billing, with a commitment to ensuring that all client invoices are timely, accurate, and easy to understand. She also handles communication with clients and vendors, manages the administrative staff, and supervises our human resources, payroll, and marketing activities.

 

With over twenty years of professional experience, Heather possesses a vast array of business knowledge which she applies to improve our business performance and customer satisfaction.  Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing (Summa Cum Laude) from Radford University and she is a commissioned Notary in Virginia.
