Richard is an accomplished construction professional with over 25 years’ experience in residential, commercial and government projects.  He has extensive knowledge of the industry from concept to customer.  He is skilled in construction inspections, home inspections, quality assurance inspections, construction estimating, and construction management.

 

Richard is a licensed Commonwealth of Virginia Class A Building Contractor, a licensed home inspector, a certified 203k FHA/HUD Consultant, and an InterNACHI Certified Member.
