Robert is a skilled construction professional with over forty years’ experience in residential, commercial and government construction.  He has worked as a Superintendent for new residential home builders and for multi-million-dollar DOD projects.  He also worked for the federal government as a Contracting Officer’s Representative/Project Manager for VA Outpatient Clinic construction.  He has conducted inspections for the VA Loan Guaranty Division and the US ACE as a construction quality assurance inspector.  In addition, Robert owned and operated a home improvement company and completed many restoration projects in Old Town Alexandria and the DC Metro area.  Robert is a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) at InterNACHI and has OSHA and First Aid certifications.  Bob is a veteran of the US Marine Corps.
